Jason Paez is the co-founder, chairman, and chief executive of HVN Travel Group, North America's leading professional marketplace for private home and villa rentals. He is building the digital infrastructure for a new age of travel, where home is anywhere you want it to be, for any length of stay.

Jason began his career in the sciences, in the Nobel Prize-winning laboratory of molecular geneticist Gunter Blobel. He moved into finance at Merrill Lynch and then UBS, advising operating companies and private equity sponsors across dozens of transactions, before founding Belstone Capital, a technology-driven merchant bank in New York. He served as a founding member of President Obama's National Finance Committee and advised the White House, Treasury, and Commerce departments on innovation and the private capital markets.

He holds a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Columbia University, is a member of Mensa, and has traveled to more than 50 countries. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Meg, and their daughter, Chloe.

"We are tied together by the ability to bring out the best and most authentic versions of one another, a shared passion for mission-driven work, a wanderlust for new adventures, and a mutual love of snuggles, sandwiches, and silliness."

They met at a film screening in New York City and, after a nine-hour first date the next day, have been building their companies and traveling the world together ever since. They married in 2018 in Ravello, on the Amalfi Coast of Italy, and took the shared surname Partridge-Paez. They live in Atlanta with their daughter, Chloe.
